Shipping Policy for Bellissima Crystals

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. The processing time may vary depending on the volume of orders. We strive to ensure your items are packed and shipped with care as quickly as possible.

Canada & United States

• Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD
• $10 flat-rate shipping on orders over $100 (Canada & USA)
• Orders below these thresholds will have shipping calculated at checkout

Canada: All domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited service though in certain circumstances we may use UPS or Puralator. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

United States: U.S. orders are shipped with tracked services such as UPS standard or Expedited shipping with Canada post. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Open Box Policy: Open boxes will not be shipped unless we are contacted by the customer (purchaser) to ship the items out. If you wish to have your open box shipped, please reach out to us either by email or through Instagram direct messages.

If you have a live sale open box that you would like to merge with your web order open box, please message us on Instagram. We are happy to accommodate such requests to help you save on shipping costs.
