SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders are carefully packaged and prepared before shipping. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
We take time to make sure every piece is wrapped securely and arrives safely — especially delicate specimens and polished crystals.
Shipping:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (depending on your chosen notification method). Shipping times will vary based on your location and carrier, but most orders typically arrive within:
Canada: 3–10 business days
USA: 7–14 business days
International: 10–21 business days (These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed by Bellissima Crystals.)
Damages During Shipping:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include: Your order number Clear photos of the packaging Clear photos of the damaged item Once verified, we will offer one of the following based on availability: A replacement piece A store credit A refund (only if replacement is unavailable)
We will never ask you to return a broken or damaged crystal.
Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the unique nature of crystals and minerals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. Please review product photos, videos, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a specific piece, we’re always happy to help before checkout.

Our Open Box system is designed to help you save on shipping while building your collection at your own pace.
When checking out, you can choose to hold your order and keep building an open box until you’re ready to ship — or until you hit a shipping threshold.
How It Works
- Add items to your cart as normal.
- At checkout, enter one of the Open Box codes below.
- We’ll hold your items and combine them with any future purchases until you choose to ship.
Each purchase builds onto the same open box under your name/account.
